B2B Conference Activation

PROMOTION OVERVIEW:

ndelible partnered with the WAFC for the 2023 WAFC Convention in Palm Desert to engage its delegates with convenient text messaging updates and a mobile Scratch N’ Win game over the course of the Convention.  Printed materials, app downloads and email communications can be cumbersome and lack efficiency.  Texting open rates are the highest among digital communications and provide a simple reference for shared content.

KEY OBJECTIVES:

  • AWARENESS – Drive awareness with attendees of various events and updates throughout the convention in real-time.    
  • ENGAGEMENT – Encourage attendees to interact with the theme and special guests at the Convention through a mobile game experience and with the delivery of dynamic MMS messaging updates.
