Scott Loyola

A veteran leader in brand development, sales, marketing, and consumer engagement Scott’s experience spans multiple industry verticals and Fortune 50 companies, helping retailers and brands translate innovative technology into workable tools across operations, consumer marketing and loyalty/rewards.
Scott began his career in the Kroger organization and held various store operations roles including customer service, merchandising and fresh foods dept management. After a couple of years in the market research sector, Scott returned to the grocery industry as an account executive with a perishable broker that was later acquired by Acosta Sales and Marketing, where he used his experience at Kroger to create valuable insights and strategic sales and merchandising plans for over 30 CPG companies. This culminated in senior leadership roles where he managed a $160M fresh foods business and launched new item initiatives for Nestle, Daisy Brand, Dannon, Silk Soy Milk, Tropicana and others.
Over the past decade, Scott has focused on using technology and gamification as a core value proposition. His programmatic development has been with an eye towards real and lasting consumer loyalty across channels and reward platforms. Personalization of the shopping experience has been the key to providing an on-going value exchange with consumers and successful engagements with brands and retailers. Early success in this area culminated in the sale of CausePlay, LLC, a company he co-founded to Greenfence, LLC a platform development company rooted in supply chain/TIC.
In addition to his current role at ndelible, Scott is an advisor to a sustainable automotive parts company, while also providing consultancy to a range of NPO’s on corporate alliances and fundraising program development.
Morgan Martin

As an accomplished marketing executive Morgan has spent the last 20 years building brands, managing large cross-functional teams and developing strategic partnerships to build and grow medium and large-scale companies & products. He has held executive positions in wireless at Airtouch and Verizon cultivating relationships and major partnerships with a variety of Fortune 50 companies like B of A, Microsoft, and Amazon, HTC, Samsung, and more resulting in over $200M in partnership revenues. Morgan spent time in the technology startup sector when he joined Network Commerce, continuing to develop strategic partnerships and growing the business through an IPO and secondary public offering. He has driven improvements in Enterprise Channel Operations, digital and social media strategy, and Direct Response Marketing teams across these businesses that resulted in 30% increases in corporate revenues while cutting cost by the same factor. During his time in wireless he launched a variety of first-of-their-kind programs including mobile concessions, phone-based interactive experiences, and augmented reality music and entertainment-based programs with A-List music artists, tier one sports properties like the NFL, and world-class franchises like the Los Angeles Lakers.
